Young Einstein’s Terms and Conditions

Expectation of pupils

• Pupils will be expected to arrive on time.
• Pupils will be expected to behave exceptionally well and must attend each session expecting to work.
• Pupils may bring work from school that they need support with. Our teachers will be more than willing to help.
• If pupils wish, they may bring a drink and a snack that can be consumed during the 5 minutes break time.

Pricing and Attendance agreement

You are NOT subject to any long contract. You only attend for as long as you are happy. We only require four teaching weeks written notice (excluding the weeks we are closed) if you no longer wish your child to attend, or you wish to cancel any of the subjects studied. This four weeks notice is also required if you wish to suspend your membership and come back at a future date. Failure to give adequate notice will result in the loss of the £50 deposit.

A place for your child can only be confirmed once the £50 deposit has been paid. The deposit is returned once your child leaves and if you have given four weeks notice (excluding holidays). You will need to supply us with the bank details of where you wish the money to be returned, once tuition ends.

The deposit will not be refunded if you decide not to take up the tuition place once a place has been offered.

On the first lesson, fees for the whole month are due. If students join in the middle of the month, then fees to the end of the month are paid. The next payment is then made on the first lesson of the next month.

Payment can be made by cash, cheque, standing order or electronic transfer. Our bank details are Iftikhar Sattar (Personal Account), Sort: 40-47-65 and Account: 9817 3486

Sessions that are missed are non-refundable under any circumstance. This is to encourage regular attendance and to ensure that your child gets the maximum benefit from the program of study that Young Einstein offers. We are only closed for 2 weeks in Christmas, 2 weeks in Easter as well as 6 weeks in the Summer holidays. You will not be charged for these sessions.

We are open during every half-term.

By enrolling your child at Young Einstein Tuition, you are agreeing to abide by all of the above terms and conditions.
